Book Tickets Online
Please note tickets will be posted out so please leave a minimum
of 3 working days to receive them within the UK. For overseas
visitors please allow a minimum delivery time of 1 week before
travelling. Tickets will be valid for up to one year from
purchase.
A Guide to Purchasing Tickets Online
Please read this page carefully before proceeding.
1. Click on the Link below- To purchase tickets you will be
taken to the external City of London website.
2. Choose your ticket of choice. Tickets available include
Adult, Child, Concession, Disabled and Carer. Family tickets
can only be purchased on arrival.
3. If you are happy with your selection click Add to
Cart.
4. You will be asked to log on. (If you have not previously done
so then you will need to register, this can be done by clicking on
Register in the menu to the left of the page and following
the instructions)
6. Click on Continue through to Cart
7. Here you will see the ticket you clicked on. To
increase the numbers of tickets of your chosen type please amend
total.
8. If you wish to add additional ticket types click on
continuing browsing site. To the left of the page you will
see a Quick Search function, please type in ‘Tower
Bridge’, this will then provide additional ticketing
options. Repeat as many times as necessary.
9. When all your selections are made click on Proceed to
check out
10. Check the shipping details are correct and amend as
necessary, this will automatically pull through the information
given on registering.
11. Check all details are correct on the confirm details
screen.
12. You will then be taken to a secure payment screen, where you
will be asked to choose card type.
13. Please complete this form and click Make
Payment.
14. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your
payment has been processed and your tickets will be posted out to
you.
