Tower Bridge Exhibition - Full Visit
Visit Tower Bridge Exhibition and discover the colourful history of the Bridge from Victorian times to the present day. You will discover how and why the Bridge was built through films and interactive displays in the Towers and the high-level Walkways.
From the Walkways, you can admire the stunning views across the city to Westminster and down the Thames to Docklands. Use the specially installed windows to take photographs without glass obscuring your view.
Your visit will then continue to the historical Victorian Engine Rooms, where you will be able to see the original engines that used to power the Bridge. Before you exit the Engine Rooms you will be able to buy postcards, books and many other gifts and souvenirs from our Gift Shop.
No guide accompanies this tour, although Tour Guides are on hand to answer your questions. You can book an introductory talk which is 15 minutes long but this must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

This private tour takes your group to places that most visitors don't have access to. You will be led by a technical guide to the Bridge control rooms and down to the immense bascule chambers that reach below the river bed. It also includes the Tower Bridge Exhibition - Full Visit. Part of this tour includes climbing steep stairs and accessing areas that are considered confined spaces. If you have particular access requirements please discuss this with us before committing to this option to ensure you enjoy your visit.
Due to the volume of Bridge Lifts that take place in the Summer, this option is available only in Winter months (October-March).

Private Evening tour - Full Visit (must be pre-booked)
On our Private Evening tour, visitors will access the Exhibition after hours and as the sole group on the tour, enjoy all it has to offer in an exclusive setting. Visitors will see the magnificent views (and often sunsets!) from the high-level Walkways, learn about the history of the Bridge and visit the atmospheric steam Engine Rooms underneath the Bridge. The tours are accompanied by full-time Tower Bridge Exhibition guides, who are able to supplement the presentations with more detailed information about Tower Bridge's history and points of interest.
This tour can only be confirmed 2 weeks in advance due to corporate events.
This tour must be pre-booked and pre-paid as the Ticket Office will be closed at the time of the group's arrival.
