'The Institution of Engineering and Technology’ Engineering Open House Day 2017
Please note that activity is now FULLY BOOKED
Tower Bridge is excited to be taking part in The Institution of Engineering’s "Engineering Open House Day" on Friday 28th July 2017 by running a special 3D design and printing workshop for families, designing a new skyline for London!
We’ll be taking inspiration from the fantastic views from Tower Bridge’s high level walkways before learning how to use a 3D design computer programme to design new buildings to join London’s famous skyline. Later, these buildings will be printed on our 3D printer and posted to participating families as a souvenir of their day.
Families will also have the opportunity to visit the rest of Tower Bridge’s exhibition after the workshop.
