Christmas Activities at the Bridge
With just days until the holidays are upon us, a visit to London and its iconic bridge is a sure-fire way to ramp up that festive cheer.
Experience a unique view of London life with our terrifyingly good glass floor in the high-level Walkways. Look down to see the Thames, road and pedestrian life, all moving at pace 42 metres below. Lucky visitors may even witness the magic of the Bridge raising for a river vessel beneath their feet!
Also to be enjoyed are our Ask the Techie sessions in the magnificent Engine Rooms. Have those burning questions about the Bridge answered by one of our expert engineers whilst surrounded by the beautifully maintained steam engines that were once used to power the bridge lifts.
For those looking to discover the true inner workings of Tower Bridge, why not book an Engineering Tour? Enjoy an in-depth guided tour of the Exhibition as well as those areas normally out of bounds to the public. Just a few places left for January and March!
Visit our What’s On section to learn more about these activities and what to expect when you step inside the most famous bridge in the world.
A reminder that Tower Bridge Exhibition will be closed from 24 - 26 December 2014 and open from 10:00am on 1 January 2015.
The Monument will be closed from 24 - 26 December 2014 and on 1 January 2015.
