Yoga on the glass floor
We’ve been working with qualified Vinyasa Flow Yoga teachers Billie Woodcraft and Sarah McFadden over the last year to hold yoga classes in the high level walkways of Tower Bridge.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga , incorporates breathing with movement; an essential skill when practising Downward Dog, 42 metres above the Thames! Watching the hustle and bustle of the City below yet at the same time being removed from it, creates a surprising feeling of calm and helps you to prepare for your busy day ahead in the capital.
