The Day The Circus Came to Town

27 and 28 May - 11:00, 14:00 and 16:00

Celebrate the Victorian entertainment of circus when local community arts organisation Agenci take over the Bridge this May half-term holiday. Showcasing Victorian circus with a contemporary twist, visitors to the Bridge will be met by a Master Storyteller to guide them through the day the circus came to town. Inspired by the movement of the river and the dangerous currents that lie below, watch as performers move, tumble and balance around the Bridge

These tours are offered on a first-come first-serve basis. Tours will start in the ticket office at 11:00, 14:00 and 16:00, last approximately 1 hour and are included in the standard price of admission. A maximum of 15 people will be admitted on each tour.
