This year his colleagues, Duffer the chef and Alice the engineer are inviting families to surprise Arthur with some festive cheer.
Venture back in time with this fun family interactive experience. Families will learn about the Bridge, solve clues to help find the gifts to give to Arthur and then visit the Engine Rooms to wish him a happy Christmas.
Pre-booking is essential.
As per our terms and conditions Arthur's Christmas is defined as a special event however please note the following:
The event lasts approximately 1 hour 10 minutes.
Everyone attending needs a ticket.
Child tickets, for those aged 1 – 15, cost £20.
Adult tickets, for those aged 16+ cost £15.
Children under 1 years of age have free entry to the event.
Family Activities Passes are not valid for Arthur's Christmas at Tower Bridge.
However, they are valid for our drop in Family Activities running on Saturday 19 December (10.30am-2.30pm), Tuesday 22nd December (10.30am-4pm) and Tuesday 29 December (10.30am-4pm). For more information, see our Family Activities page.
Yes, Tower Bridge is accessible so younger children in buggies and wheelchair users can attend.
Yes, accessible toilets and baby change facilities available. Please ask a member of staff to direct you.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer storage facilities. All belongings must be kept with you at all times throughout your visit.
You must adhere to the Governments rules on gatherings.
As Tower Bridge is located in London, a Tier 2 area, visitors must stay with their own household or support bubble at all times and stay socially distant from people from other households.
Capacity for the event has been limited to ensure social distancing can be maintained at all times and a heightened cleaning regime is in place.
All adults are legally required to wear face coverings whilst inside Tower Bridge, unless exempt, and all visitors are encouraged to regularly use the hand sanitising stations available throughout the attraction
If you display any symptoms associated with Covid-19, we ask you to refrain from visiting. Please contact us as soon as possible at bookings@towerbridge.org.uk and we will arrange a refund.
The gift shop will be open before and after the event to purchase souvenirs.
We do not have a café or restaurant on-site but there are many places to eat out in the vicinity.
Free Family Activities
Take part in our free drop-in Family Activities in December and make your own Christmas tree decoration to take home.
Families of all ages and welcome to take part, but these activities are particularly appropriate for those aged 6 to 10. No booking necessary.
