Can I purchase my ticket in advance?
You can purchase your tickets in advance via our
secure online booking page or at the Tower Bridge ticket office. Your advanced online e-ticket will be checked by our Welcome team but will not offer you fast track entry into the attraction. Please allow additional time for validating your booking, security checks and lift access up to the Walkways.
Does my ticket include the Glass Floor and Engine Rooms?
Yes, your ticket allows you to see inside Tower Bridge; you'll be able to experience the Glass Floor in the high-level Walkways, north and south Towers, Engine Rooms and the Shop. Find out more about your visit
Is Tower Bridge fully accessible?
We're delighted to confirm that Tower Bridge is fully accessible. There is lift access taking visitors to all levels in the towers and the Engine Rooms meaning that visitors can enjoy all parts of this iconic landmark. Can I take my belongings into the attraction
As Tower Bridge remains a working bridge we are unable to offer bag storage or a cloakroom on site, but you will be able to take your belongings with you. We do not restrict the use of prams, pushchairs or wheelchairs within the spaces.
Are dogs allowed inside the attraction?
Yes, dogs are allowed inside Tower Bridge. Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times. At busy times we may restrict the number of dogs allowed into the attraction however assistance dogs will be allowed in at all times.
Does Tower Bridge still open?
As well as being an iconic landmark, leading tourist attraction and heritage site, Tower Bridge is also a working bridge. It is raised around 850 times each year, so
