Tower Bridge reopened on 4 July

Following guidance from the UK Government about Covid-19, Tower Bridge was able to open to the public once again from 4 July 2020. Our new visitor information details everything you need to plan safe and enjoyable visit to Tower Bridge.

FAQs

We planned to visit during the lockdown. Can I get a refund for my ticket to Tower Bridge?

Your ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase so you can visit us later in the year if you prefer. However, if you are unable to move your visit, you are entitled to a refund. Please send your refund request to bookings@towerbridge.org.uk and we will reply to you within 5 working days.

Our group is planning to visit Tower Bridge in summer, will I be able to visit?

Tower Bridge reopened on 4 July. Please contact our Group Booking team to arrange your visit.

I have booked a ticket through a third-part agent, can I still get a refund?

If you have booked a ticket through a third-party agent, please contact them directly.

Can I book a ticket for a later date?
