FAQs

Can I get a refund for my ticket to Tower Bridge due to the situation with Covid-19?

Your ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase so you can visit us later in the year if you prefer. However, if you are unable to move your visit, you are entitled to a refund. Please send your refund request to bookings@towerbridge.org.uk and we will reply to you within 5 working days.

How long will Tower Bridge remain closed to visitors?

We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will post any updates on our website and social channels.

Our group is planning to visit Tower Bridge in summer, will I be able to visit?

We hope to reopen in summer for visitors. However, please visit the website closer to the date of visit for the latest information.

I have booked a ticket through a third-part agent, can I still get a refund?

If you have booked a ticket through a third-party agent, please contact them directly.

Our school is booked to visit, can we still visit Tower Bridge to take part in our school workshop?

Can I book a ticket for a later date?

We are currently suspending taking new bookings until further notice. If you would like to know when ticket sales re-open, please subscribe to our newsletter or check the website for the latest updates.
