Where can I find information about visiting Tower Bridge?

What is the minimum number to get a group ticket?

The minimum number for a group to qualify for the group ticket price is 15 people.

The following tickets qualify: Adult, Child, Student, Senior 60+, Disabled Adult and Disabled Child.

How long do you recommend for a group visit to Tower Bridge?

For a group visit, you must arrive at your booked entry time and we recommend approximately 1 hour to 90 minutes for the visitor experience.

It is always best to build in additional time when visiting with a group.

Where do I collect tickets for my group on the day?

On arrival, please join the outside queue. Staff will be on hand to to help you enter the Bridge safely.

How much do group tickets cost?

Please see below for pricing of group tickets:

Can our group enter without booking in advance?

All groups of 15 or more must pre-book their tickets.

Where can our coach drop off the group?

Tower Bridge is a red route which means there can be no stopping at any time.

Coaches can drop-off and collect from the Tower Hill car park, where it is free for 15 minutes. Many coaches also drop off and collect from Tooley Street.

Always check for updates the day before your visit in case of road works or closures. 
 

Is there coach parking available?

Yes. There is a coach park conveniently located near the Tower of London. 
 

Do you have a Gift Shop?

Yes, the Shop is located at the end of your visit. Our Shop has something for everyone including gifts, souvenir, and books.

Where are the nearest toilets?

Our toilet facilities are all inside Tower Bridge. After entering the visitor attraction, there are toilets within the South Tower, which are accessible. There are also two toilets, including one accessible toilet, in the Engine Rooms.

Please ask our friendly staff who would be happy to advise you of the nearest restroom.

Do you have a cafe or restaurant?

We don’t have a café or restaurant but there is plenty of choice in the areas especially south side of the Bridge where your visit ends.

You have a choice of cafés, restaurants, pubs or your group could enjoy a picnic on Potter’s Field.

Do you offer complimentary entry to tour leader/guide?

No. We don't offer complimentary tickets to tour leaders.

We offer complimentary entry to Blue Badge guides and City of London guides only.
